The bill defines qualified as registered with the Texas Early Care and Education Career Development System’s (TECECDS) Texas Trainer Registry that is maintained by the Texas Head Start State Collaboration Office. You can read the entire list here. I have officially been accepted to the Registry and fall among only 316 other certified trainers in the State of Texas registered with TECECDS. Look for me on their website.
