I know sometimes it is difficult to trust. I have to read things for myself to make informed decisions. Here is some good information.
According to this article, “Some American adults get too little vitamin D, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C (Table B1). More than 40 percent of adults have dietary intakes of vitamin A, C, D and E, calcium and magnesium below the average requirement for their age and gender.”
Being deficient in vitamins in unacceptable. We owe it to ourselves and our family to fill in our nutritional gaps and be healthy. Take a few minutes to read about each of the vitamins and minerals and how many are deficient and what they do for our bodies.
